Crecaly Is For Creators

Because "Estimated Earnings" don't pay the rent.

Being a creator is 10% filming and 90% staring at dashboards wondering where the money went. Crecaly is a mirror, a harsh reality check built to stop the guessing game.

  • Privacy First: No backend. No tracking. Your data stays in your browser.
  • Reverse Math: Input your target net, and we'll tell you what to charge.
  • Geo-Accurate: Factor in Tier 1, 2, and 3 audience multipliers.
"Our mission? To make sure your take-home pay doesn't take a hike before it hits your bank account."

Crecaly FAQ Section

How accurate are these numbers, really?

As accurate as industry standards allow! We use real-time data for platform cuts (like Twitch's 50/50 or Upwork's 10%). For things like YouTube and TikTok, we use "Average RPMs." Remember: every niche is a snowflake. Use this as your North Star, not your literal bank statement.

What is "Reverse Math" and why do I need it?

It’s the "I have rent to pay" mode. Most calculators tell you what you'll get. We let you work backward. Tell us you need $2,000 in your pocket, and we’ll tell you exactly how much you need to invoice to cover platform fees and taxes. No more accidental undercharging.

Are you stealing my income data?

Short answer: No. Long answer: Still no. Crecaly is built for zero-latency privacy. We don't even have a database. Everything is saved to your browser's Local Storage. Your financial secrets stay between you and your hard drive.

Why does the "Audience Geo" change my payout?

Welcome to the world of CPM Tiers. Advertisers pay more for eyeballs in Tier 1 countries (US, UK, etc.) than in Tier 3. If your audience is mostly global, your RPM drops. We factor that in so you don't get a "surprise" when your AdSense check arrives.

Can I use the PDF Pitch Deck for brand deals?

Absolutely. That’s why we built it. Use the Sponsorship calculator, hit "Generate PDF," and you've got a branded, professional rate sheet to send to managers or agencies. Look like a pro, get paid like a pro.

Is this better than my messy Excel spreadsheet?

Short answer: Yes. Long answer: Does your spreadsheet have 3D glassmorphism and real-time tax tracking? We didn't think so. Crecaly is built for speed, not cell-clogging formulas.

Why does Spotify pay so little per stream?

Ah, the age-old question. Spotify pays roughly $0.003 to $0.005 per stream. We’ve set our default to $4.00 per 1,000 streams. It’s not much, but at least now you can see exactly how many millions of streams you need to buy a sourdough loaf.

How do I handle my Manager or Agency's 20% cut?

Use the Sponsorship card! We’ve hardcoded a 20% agency fee toggle there. If your manager takes a different cut, just treat it as an additional "Tax" in the top header to see your true take-home.

What exactly is the difference between CPM and RPM?

CPM (Cost Per Mille) is what advertisers pay. RPM (Revenue Per Mille) is what you actually keep after the platform takes its pound of flesh. We focus on RPM because that’s what pays the bills.

Can I install this on my Android or iPhone?

Yes! Crecaly is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Just "Add to Home Screen" from your mobile browser, and it will function exactly like a native app with zero address bar clutter.

Why is the 3D card tilting? Is my GPU dying?

Relax, your graphics card is fine. That’s our Tactile Tilt engine. It’s designed to make the digital workspace feel like a physical object. It’s premium, it’s unnecessary, and it looks cool.

How do I factor in my "Business Expenses" (Gear, Subs, etc)?

Think of your expenses as part of the Taxes/Overhead percentage. If you spend 10% of your income on gear and software, add that 10% to your tax rate to see your real "Profit."

Does this support YouTube Shorts revenue?

Yes. Just lower your RPM manually in the logic or use a lower Audience Geo tier. Shorts usually have a much lower RPM than long-form content, often around $0.05 to $0.07.

Can I use this for my Podcast revenue?

Absolutely. Use the Sponsorship card for ad spots or the Stripe card if you’re selling premium episodes or merch.

Is there a "Dark Mode"?

Friend, this is True Black (#050505). It doesn't get darker than this. We don't even have a Light Mode because we value your retinas.

How do I change the currency from USD to others?

Currently, the math is currency-agnostic. While we use the $ symbol, the ratios remain the same whether you're thinking in Euros, Pounds, or Rupees. A 10% fee is 10% everywhere.

What happens if I clear my browser cookies?

If you clear your Local Storage, your saved "Goal" and "Workspace" will vanish. Hit that 💾 Save Setup button often and maybe don't go on a cache-clearing rampage if you want to keep your data.

Why is TikTok revenue so different from YouTube?

The "Algorithm Gods" work in mysterious ways. TikTok's Creator Rewards program generally pays a lower RPM because the content is shorter and the ad inventory is different. We've set the baseline accordingly.

Can I share my "Goal Tracker" progress on Instagram?

We’re working on a "Social Snapshot" feature. For now, a high-res screenshot of your glassmorphic dashboard is the best way to flex your progress.

Do you support Twitch "Bits" and "Donations"?

For Bits, use the Twitch card. For direct donations (where you keep 100% minus processing), the Stripe card is your best bet for accuracy.

Is Crecaly open source?

We believe in a transparent creator economy. The logic is pure Vanilla JS—right-click, "View Source," and enjoy the clean, dependency-free code.

What is the "Pitch Deck" feature for?

It’s for the "Business" side of being a creator. When a brand asks for your rates, don't just send a DM. Send a Branded PDF that shows you understand your margins. It commands respect (and higher checks).

How do I reset everything?

Just refresh the page without hitting "Save." If you want a total wipe, clear your site data in your browser settings. Fresh start, fresh goals.

Can I track multiple YouTube channels at once?

Yes! Use the + Compare button to open multiple YouTube cards. You can set different RPMs or view counts for each channel and see the combined total in your Goal Tracker.

Who built this?

Built by Nikhil Kumar for the modern creator. No bloat, no tracking, just pure financial utility for the digital age.
